EasyCAP: My personal experience with this USB capture card

REVIEWS

In today’s post, I would like to share my personal experience with the USB EasyCAP capture card. Unfortunately, I have to say that it was not a positive experience, but before I get into my conclusions, I’d like to clarify what I’m talking about.

What is USB EasyCAP?

USB EasyCAP is a device that allows you to capture audio and video signals from various sources, such as camcorders, DVD players, and game consoles, to record or stream them. The EasyCAP card connects to the computer via USB and to the video and audio sources via RCA cables.

To start capturing, you need to use video capture software on your computer.

Personal experience

I tried to use the EasyCAP card on my computer with the Windows 10 operating system, but I encountered numerous problems. Despite installing the appropriate drivers and following all instructions, the card was not initialized correctly, and I was unable to capture the audio and video signals from my sources. After several hours of attempts and online research, I was not able to get the card to work correctly. I also tried to use the EasyCAP card on Mac systems, but without success.

Conclusions

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the purchase of the USB EasyCAP capture card. The product does not work properly on modern operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11, and is not even compatible with Mac. If you are looking for a reliable and functioning capture card, I recommend looking for other options available on the market.

    Vero! Non funziona con W10, 11 e a male anche con W7.
Uso Linux, Ubuntu esattamente.
